Service Standard

Credit purchases will be dealt with on the same day if ordered on a weekday by 12 noon. All other payments require one day to process the credits before we can be put it onto your account. Business Days are Monday through to Friday between 9am and 5pm, excluding public and bank holidays.

Ordering and Confirmation

After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from info.Idealsd.co.uk containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will also email you when credits have been put onto your account. You can call 0845 094 8035 at any time to ask the progress of your order during working hours.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept cheque payments but credits will only be put onto your account once the cheque has cleared. Cash is also acceptable and payable at our offices. We will not accept cash through the post. Once credits are purchased, they are non refundable or transferable. Payments can also be made over the phone with your credit or debit card by calling 0845 094 8035.
